I'm a full-stack digital marketer who builds programs that scale. 9 years from startup co-founder to Fortune 500 marketing operations leader.

My Story

I started in digital marketing at Digital Vantage, where I learned the fundamentals: SEO, paid search, email marketing, and analytics. I quickly realized I was most energized when building systems—not just running campaigns.

In 2018, I co-founded Traction Monkey, a demand gen agency. We worked with B2B SaaS companies to launch paid programs, design ABM strategies, and build marketing ops infrastructure. This taught me how to operate under resource constraints, align marketing and sales, and prioritize ruthlessly.

I joined Hearzap in 2021 as a growth marketer and scaled to Head of Digital. We grew the paid search program from $50K to $2M/month, launched new channels (Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit), and built a testing framework that generated 8+ experiments per month. Revenue from paid channels grew 320% YoY.

At Rugged Monitoring, I led digital marketing and focused on channel diversification. We launched Reddit ads (first time for the company), optimized the paid search funnel, and improved lead quality through better scoring and routing.

Now at Abbott Laboratories, I own marketing operations for the EP division. I'm building a Marketo instance from scratch, owning the AEM website, designing lead lifecycle stages, and integrating Salesforce. It's a shift from demand gen execution to infrastructure—and I love it.
